Quantum Health serves members in navigating their healthcare needs. The Director, Product Experience oversees the aggregate effort of how Quantum Health's stakeholders (Member, Provider, Warrior, and Client) experience Quantum via workflow, technology, and channel. Overseeing a team of Solution Owners, the Director ensures iterative collaboration with business partners to determine the 'best' way to accomplish solution development. Responsibilities include developing the solution vision with enterprise partners, grooming backlogs, creating requirements, and iterating on features with development partners. The Solution Experience group is essential to ensuring the voice of the stakeholders' guide development and there is linkage between all members of the team charged with bringing ideas into reality.
What you'll do
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for the tools Quantum Health stakeholders utilize
- Own the experience with channels, workflows, and tools
- Define vision
- Create and maintain product road maps in collaboration with Solution Management
- Work with appropriate partners to develop and communicate release schedules
- Create and maintain the product backlog
- Balance stakeholder requirements
- Investigate and map out dependencies, constraints, and other considerations
- Align requests to business objectives and prioritize accordingly
- Translate road map features into well-defined requirements and user stories
- Ensure solution development contemplates multiple stakeholders needs when applicable
- Develop acceptance criteria
- Anticipate stakeholder needs
- Oversee development
- Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver on product and feature vision
- Identify, define and organize activities to create an efficient iterative process
- Foster a culture of process improvement and zero defect
- All other duties as assigned.
What you'll bring
- Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of six years product management experience
- Minimum three years departmental leadership experience
- Experience working in agile development methodologies
- Project experience
- Strong communications and writing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized
- Experience developing consumer facing technology software
- Healthcare industry platform development experience
- Preferred
- Corporate healthcare industry experience
- Experience successfully launching digital capabilities
- Proactive, autonomous work style
- Exposure to design and UX development work
- Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
