Director, Product Management

Blue Yonder is currently seeking a Product Director to join our growing Product Management team. This role will report to the CVP of Product Management and the position open to candidates in the US in growing the value of the Luminate Control Tower flagship product.

What You Will Do with Us?

The Product Director is responsible for the success of their solution from conception through delivery of value to our customers. The Product Director - Luminate Control Tower is responsible for providing value in the latest in new product development within BY, by growing the situation and resolution impacts within the Control Tower with Supplier and Execution systems.

• Join a Product Team with customers across the globe - delivering value and INNOVATION!
• Understand cross supply chain planning, supplier fulfillment and execution flows to drive true end-to-end insights, views into potential disruptions, and deliver new automated resolutions
• Develop processes of engagement from pre-sales to post implementation support of SaaS solutions
• Work with customer success team to prepare them for NPI - hiring, training and certification
• Manage an NPI Lighthouse team to drive success of implementations and establish templates and deployment schedules to reduce time to value
• Drive the overall reduction in SaaS operating costs working with Product Development and Platform teams
• Work with Customer Success to drive the right mix of onshore and offshore resources and the right mix of various roles to make BY competitive in the market
• Drive PD to develop tools and work with partners to increase reach of solutions through partners. Be the voice of partners within PMG and PD
• Work with Partner Success teams to prepare partners for success deploying NPI from BY
• Manage products that support multiple industries, across Mfg and Retail, CPG and 3PL's

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in business related field or 5 to 10 years of equivalent experience in manufacturing planning, product management, Product Development or professional services
• Experience with implementation teams, scrum teams, agile, architecture guidance, and NPI processes
• Strong experience in presenting to customers, partners, analyst and internal stakeholders
• Thought leadership on solutions to business problems and acts as a subject matter expert for prospect and customer discussions
• Strong development of key customer and industry relationships by conducting customer and prospect needs research and maintaining key industry contacts
• Identifies processes and procedures that can positively enhance organizational effectiveness and cost savings.
• Strong ability to drive product strategy that delivers revenue growth, competitive differentiation and customer value.
