We are seeking a Director, Product Management to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Director of Product Management to join Imprivata's OneSign and Confirm ID PM team as these flagship products enter a phase of transformative growth.
OneSign and Confirm ID solve the problems of simple but secure access and authentication in uniquely complex healthcare environments. Our innovative solutions, including biometrics and Bluetooth technology, enable clinicians to focus on patients instead of struggling with electronic workflows. Today, OneSign and Confirm ID have over 6 million monthly active users in 32 countries worldwide. We are now expanding these foundational products to serve new, untapped markets and to deliver this value on our next-generation SaaS platform.
The Director of Product Management will drive efforts in innovation, transformation, and delivery to grow the OneSign and Confirm ID business and deliver value on our SaaS platform. We are looking for a product leader who demonstrates a passion for the end user experience, technical knowledge to work with software architects and engineers, leadership skills to guide, develop, and manage a PM team, and strong interest in market trends to capitalize on new opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Be passionate about leadership, championing customer needs and market trends in a prioritized roadmap
• Work with your team to maintain, publish, and present a prioritized, data-driven roadmap for your areas of responsibility
• Collaborate closely and productively with other product managers, product stakeholders, and engineering management
• Lead a team of product managers. Provide mentoring on product management, execution, and soft skills
• Travel up to 10% for customer site visits and trade shows, as pandemic conditions allow
• Accommodate Eastern Time Zone work hours

Required Qualifications

• Three years or more as a manager of multiple PMs, with responsibility for overall domain strategy and roadmap as well as for team member growth and development
• Identity and Access Management experience is a plus
• Experience building and growing SaaS products
• B2B or B2B2C business models
• Healthcare experience is a plus
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
