Director, Product Management - CX
Job Description
Ibotta is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead our Client Experience team in driving valuable outcomes for Savers, Advertiser clients and Ibotta. In this role, which sits within the B2B Product organization, you will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to identify new areas of opportunity and define, evangelize and execute a product strategy that achieves valuable outcomes. You will also be responsible for cultivating an environment of innovation where Product Managers learn and grow into top-flight product professionals. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, collaborative and inspiring leader with a track record of attracting, developing and retaining world-class talent.Â
This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading and developing a team of Product Management professionals who are responsible for all elements of the Ibotta Client Experience: Content offerings, content creation, client reporting, ad products, business operations and more
Partnering with your Engineering, Design and Architecture counterparts to continuously evaluate and deploy resources, talent and time in ways that drive the most valuable product outcomes possible
Establishing and nurturing a team culture that fosters inspiration, innovation and the development of Ibotta’s next generation of product leaders
Working cross-functionally with Product stakeholders to identify new opportunities, set expectations on roadmap priorities, and ensure developed products meet client, saver and business needs
Partnering with technology leaders to establish, support and iterate on best-in-class practices for product developmentÂ
Working with your team to develop a vision that inspires the company around a future client experience
Building a product-centric culture and being an internal champion for agile product development throughout the company
Researching new methodologies, concepts and industry trends to identify the next product horizon opportunities within the Client space

What we’re looking for:
10+ years of product management experience with at least 5+ years of experience leading product teams
Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred
A history of building B2B marketplace products that involve content creation workflows and content performance visualization
Experience putting teams together that create best-in-class, scalable solutions that span front-end experiences and back-end platform foundations
Track record of developing, motivating and retaining product managers
A clear ability to develop relationships with diverse stakeholders – internal and external – that create alignment and partnership between organizations
Comprehensive written, visual & verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to distill complex strategic plans into understandable, persuasive narratives
Demonstrated analytical ability, plus conceptual thinking and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to articulate, teach and coach product best practices to any level of product managerÂ
Experience with B2B product development best practices regarding product discovery, validation, execution and go-to-market
Experience with promotions, ad products or other CPG industry use cases a plus
Experience with Salesforce development a plus
Additional Details:Â
This position is located in Denver, CO or with the option of full-time remote and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, and equity.
Base compensation range: $160,000 - $190,000. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. This range does not apply to Canada or Mexico.
Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary.
