Ā  What You’ll Do:
  • Drive product development for Upgrade’s core Personal Loans business.Ā  You’ll deeply engage with all aspects of the Personal Loan origination platform including funnel optimization + AB testing, verifications, partner integrations, and regulatory + risk requirements.
  • Act as product owner for scrum teams working to ship platform enhancements
  • Evaluate and drive implementation of new third party data and software integrations
  • Work closely with internal teams to monitor, troubleshoot and solve issues.
Ā What We Look For:Ā 
  • Significant expertise in consumer lending platforms and operational processes is a must. Experience in an innovative fintech environment preferred.
  • 10+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Deep expertise in product development tools such as web analytics and AB testing software and SQL.
  • Experience with third party APIs & solutions integration.
  • Proven Ability to lead and resolve questions and conflicts across organizational stakeholders.

The compensation range of this position in San Francisco, CA is USD $210,000 - 250,000 annually plus equity and benefits. Within this range, an individual's base pay will be dependent on a variety of factors, including without limitation, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Upgrade has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States and Canada, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range could vary depending on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location.Ā
