As the Director of Product Marketing, you will drive our product and brand initiatives and customer retention programs in a key and growing category. What you'll do

• You're responsible for collaborating with our Research and Development team to develop a strategic product pipeline.
• You develop highly effective positioning that differentiates Plexus Products in an extremely competitive marketplace
• You're responsible for go-to-market strategy and planning for highly successful product launches and post launch marketing campaigns.
• You're responsible for Product Lifecyle, ROI of programs, and improving COGS and/or margin of the portfolio.
• You develop strategic marketing priorities to drive revenues and manage product profitability.
• You create and manage marketing calendar and campaigns: translate strategic priorities each month into marketing campaigns and assets to drive them. Create innovative, compelling and effective campaigns, keeping up with the competitive landscape and collaborating with creative, field and social media teams.
• You crive customer retention with dynamic & engaging CRM contact strategies and programs including our Preferred Customer Program. Continually improve programs to increase average order size, repeat and retention.
• You oversee strategy, execution & optimization of email marketing and website campaign assets

You should have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• MBA or Master's degree in in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
• 7-10 years in product development and marketing with a preference for dietary supplements, weight loss or skincare.
• 5 years in leadership role. Beauty, health and wellness products.
• Direct sales industry experience preferred.
