Director of Product Marketing
Rightway’s mission is to harmonize healthcare. Our care navigation and pharmacy solutions combine human expertise with state-of-the-art technology to simplify the healthcare system for over one million members.
As the Director of Product Marketing, you will be a foundational member of the product marketing function, owning the positioning and voice for Rightway’s entire portfolio. You’ll join a rapidly growing and highly collaborative marketing team, and will build and evolve a compelling and differentiated go-to-market strategy that drives revenue. The Director of Product Marketing will report to the VP of Marketing and will work closely with the Growth Marketing, Product, Sales, Partnerships and Clinical teams.

Rightway is a hybrid company - our team members have the option to come into the workplace when it serves their needs. We have offices in New York, Miami and have a distributed team across the United States. This role can be remote or hybrid if you are located near one of our offices.
What you’ll do:
- Build a world-class product marketing function, developing and refining Rightway’s positioning and narrative, bringing Rightway’s value proposition to life and ensuring that our story remains consistent across the organization.Â
- Manage the go-to-market process, working cross-functionally to create compelling sales enablement materials.Â
- Be the subject matter expert on Rightway’s solutions by developing deep knowledge of our products. Â
- Deeply understand the needs of Rightway’s buyers and users, partnering with sales and product teams to ensure that we are consistently delivering on our promises.Â
- Oversee research and competitive intelligence, developing and tracking key insights to inform strategy and communication.Â
- Integrate the brand and messaging into a variety of content, including landing pages, case studies, videos, and presentations that effectively communicate Rightway’s value to our target buyers and industries.
- Partner closely with the Growth Marketing team to ensure that messaging and positioning is driving measurable campaign results with our ICP.Â
Who you are:
- You’re excited about Rightway’s mission and passionate about making a marked, positive difference in healthcare.Â

- You have at least 8 years in a marketing discipline, with specific experience in product marketing in a healthcare company.
- You’ve overseen buyer research and insights, managed messaging and positioning, and led GTM plans, executing successful product launches, and producing top-quality sales enablement materials.
- You’re process oriented. You’ve scaled teams and processes in a high-growth environment; you’re excited to do it at Rightway.Â
- You’re talented at translating industry insights into messaging concepts that you can test.
- You’re a data-driven decision maker. You have a strong affinity for data and consistently utilize it to back up your hypotheses and inform decisions and priorities.
- You enjoy working with senior, cross-functional leaders.
- You’re an action-oriented, creative problem solver who knows which product marketing metrics to deploy and when.
- You’re a top-notch communicator. You have a knack distilling complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
