In this role, you'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Product leadership to bring VidMob's innovative products to market and ensure we hit our product adoption and revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Sales & Product to develop VidMob's go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and GTM enablement, and lead the execution with your team
  • Set team targets, defining budgets, and analyzing and reporting on the team's performance and ROI
  • Evaluate the impact of PMM programs, make data-driven optimizations, and report on results and insights across stakeholders
  • Conduct win/loss analysis to better understand how our product messaging and sales approach resonates with our target audience
  • Lead and develop a high-performing PMM team, including coaching, L&D, and people management
  • Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across the organization from partner teams to executive levels
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations & Finance on pricing & packaging strategy
  • Be the expert on our buyers - Understand and document our buyer's process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when, and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in a B2B Enterprise SaaS environment
  • 3+ years' of people management experience
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams, representing the voice of the partner and customer, and finding creative ways to engage and get feedback from them
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to research, understand, and have empathy for customers
  • An analytical leader, with demonstrated capabilities conducting and interpreting quantitative and qualitative research and distilling into actionable key takeaways
  • Experience in product launches, pricing strategy, and sales enablement
  • Adtech/Martech Startup or Scaleup experience, preferred

Annual base salary range for this role performed in New York is $170,000-$205,000.
Total compensation will also include equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k).
