This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced product marketing professional to drive go-to-market excellence and elevate product positioning in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In this role, you will shape messaging, influence product strategy, and lead cross-functional initiatives that directly impact revenue and customer adoption. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment across the entire customer journey. The position combines hands-on execution with team leadership, offering the chance to build and mentor a high-performing marketing team. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, you will continuously refine strategies to maximize impact. Accountabilities:
- Lead and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches, enhancements, and updates, ensuring alignment with revenue and growth objectives.
- Develop compelling messaging frameworks, value propositions, and competitive positioning tailored to target audiences and industries.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and optimize demand generation campaigns, content strategies, and lifecycle initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.
- Enable sales and client success teams with high-quality materials such as playbooks, battle cards, and training sessions.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, optimize campaigns, and report insights to leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within SaaS or technology environments.
- Proven expertise in building and executing end-to-end go-to-market strategies and driving measurable business impact.
- Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $160,000 to $245,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
