We are recruiting for a Director, Inbound Product Marketing - Findlaw - this is a great opportunity for someone that brings a mix of strong product marketing experience along with curiosity, creativity, and strategic thinking.

The Director, Inbound Product Marketing - Findlaw guides the Findlaw portfolio strategy in coordination with the Findlaw Product Management team, offering diverse advice to several functional internal teams, in addition to guidance to executives. This role manages a team, focusing on an array of functions including ownership of the portfolio value proposition, developing deep understanding of customer needs, translating needs to internal teams to realize product revenue growth, owning our customer journey identification and persona development, and strategic guidance.

Note: This is a *hybrid role (*mix of working from home and in-office) and can be based near any of these Hub office locations: Minneapolis Metro area (Eagan), Dallas Metro area (Carrollton), or Ann Arbor, MI.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Director, Inbound Product Marketing - Findlaw, you will:
  • Manage a group of Product Marketing Managers and Associate Managers to achieve the strategic goals of a business segment.
  • Articulate the strategy and defines the vision.
  • Devise business cases for executive level approval.
  • Drive innovation and differentiation across a set of propositions to address current and future client needs.
  • Influence of strategic prioritization of the Findlaw portfolio which could include both products and partnerships.
  • Work with cross-functional resources to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
  • Gather, prioritize, and analyze client feedback to drive product innovation and increase client adoption and retention.
  • Identifiy build vs. buy opportunities for a proposition and leverages the organization to execute as needed.
  • Be responsible for developing talent within the department.
  • Work cross-functionally on product launches to assist the Outbound Product Marketing teams.
  • Understand customer NPS scores and drives activities to improve or retain our pNPS scores.
  • Assist in revenue planning and pricing decisions for new products.


About You

You could be a fit for the role of Director, Inbound Product Marketing - Findlaw if you background includes:
  • Undergraduate degree required, JD or MBA is preferred.
  • Strong track record of end-to-end proposition, on multiple complex projects for a professional services market.
  • Proven ability to establish a vision for a proposition and take the idea from concept to successful commercial release and management.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex propositions to internal and external stakeholders as demonstrated by successful launch of one or more propositions from business plan through to delivery and management.
  • Significant understanding of the Legal and/or professional services industry and their associated marketing and business development activities.
  • Proven ability to understand technology and how SEO, PPC are critical components to a law firm's digital presence and associated value proposition.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative, adaptable to change.
