Quickbase is transforming how companies see, connect, and control the complex projects that are reshaping our world. As we continue to expand and innovate, we are seeking a Director of Product Marketing, Solutions to join our team and help lead our go-to-market strategy for key audience segments.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in tailoring our messaging and corporate narrative for different audience segments. Collaboration will be at the core of your role, working closely with various teams, including demand generation, brand, sales, customer success, and product. Your ability to foster strong cross-functional relationships will ensure alignment across teams, leading to the successful execution of go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.

ยท Solutions GTM Strategy: Lead the solutions go-to-market strategy by using audience insights to discover new markets. Work seamlessly with sales and marketing teams to coordinate targeted and impactful campaigns.
ยท Market Trends & Insights: Provide insights into emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. These insights will shape our product roadmap and marketing approach, helping Quickbase develop and promote solutions that surpass customer expectations.
ยท Messaging & Positioning: Develop compelling messaging and positioning for Quickbase's solutions aimed at specific audience segments. Understand each market's unique challenges and aspirations to create clear, resonant messaging that sets Quickbase apart as an industry leader.
ยท Marketing Support: Take a pivotal role in aiding the marketing team with essential tools for successful campaigns. Collaborate across departments to craft persuasive content like case studies, whitepapers, and customer success stories, showcasing Quickbase's solutions' value and impact effectively.
ยท GTM Enablement: Leverage your market research expertise to develop GTM enablement resources. Equip sales and marketing teams with current market trends, data, and insights from analysts and thought leaders, empowering them to confidently engage prospects and secure new business.
About you
ยท You have 8 to 10 years of Product Marketing experience at B2B Enterprise SaaS software companies (familiarity with no-code/low-code or Work management software is a major plus).
ยท You have a proven track record of leveraging audience insights to drive customer-centric strategies, tailoring messaging and solutions to resonate with distinct audience segments.
ยท You are passionate and committed to developing effective, long-standing relationships.
ยท You take ownership, are accountable, and have excellent project management skills.
ยท You are a thoughtful and detail-oriented communicator, providing polished verbal and written communications.
ยท You hold yourself and cross-functional stakeholders accountable for providing the highest quality of work possible.
ยท You have a solid understanding of integrated marketing and how to incorporate market insights into demand generation campaigns.
ยท You can partner closely with PR and blog/social media managers to drive integrated communications in the marketplace.
ยท You are curious and have a growth mindset.
ยท You flourish in ambiguity and can make quick, thoughtful decisions.
