We are seeking a Director of Professional services to assist us in building up this growing team. As Director Professional Services you will leverage your knowledge of enterprise software project management and delivery, SaaS technologies and hands-on people management skills to lead the Solution Implementation team as they help our customers achieve their business outcomes and reduce time to value.
Additionally, the Director will help implement plans and controls to ensure attainment of revenue, margin, utilization, billing and Customer Satisfaction Survey target across various regions.
This role ensures that projects and deliverables are completed on time, within budget and in collaboration with various departments within the organization to ensure resources seamless execution. With a keen eye for great customer experiences, the individual in this position will assist our sales team with positioning the services needed for implementation and stay focused on helping our clients increase productivity, reduce costs, and differentiate their brand through the use of our solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or combination of equivalent education and experience
- 7+ years working with customers in a project management, program management, or professional services capacity.
- 3+ years direct management experience running a Professional Services team for a B2B SaaS company while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Track record of successfully building and scaling Professional Services strategies.
- History of building diverse, engaged, high-performing teams
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and act as an interface for projects with both customers and internal stakeholders supporting project lifecycles.
- Experience in software implementation projects end-to-end of varying size and scope with demonstrated experience and knowledge across all phases of the software implementation lifecycle, project methodologies and best practice.
- Proven experience leading remote teams across time zones.
