Noida/Guraon region, IndiaYour ImpactAs the Director of Professional Services for DISCO’s India region you will be responsible for leading, managing, and scaling all Professional Services functions including DISCO Desk, Data Operations, and Project Management. This role represents a unique opportunity to grow and scale our international operations while developing a highly efficient and customer focused services team. You will partner with sales and services leaders globally to create a world class services organization delivering for DISCO’s clients across multiple geographies. What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee the India services team and their delivery, including DISCO Desk, Project Management, Data Operations, ensuring high quality service deliverables
- Work in partnership with global functional leadership to ensure that work in each function is delivered in a manner consistent with the processes, tooling, and quality delivered by other regions
- Collaborate with functional leaders in the hiring, training, coaching, and developing of local PS team members
- Drive growth of client service functions through metrics including utilization, quality, volume, and client satisfaction
- Act as an escalation point to team members, stepping into projects or engagements as necessary to address challenges and ensure success
- Partner closely with the other go to market leaders including professional services heads, client success leaders, and sales stakeholders to foster strong client relationships, ensure successful delivery on all engagements, and drive repeat business within this growing market
- Create and maintain a positive team environment, fostering collaboration and an excellent employee experience
- Contribute to product development process by providing feedback and input to the product development process
- You will report directly to the GM of the region with a dotted line reporting to Professional Services executive leadership in the US, Melanie Antoon
- 7+ years of experience managing a team of 20+ ediscovery employees
- 10+ years of experience in a consulting, project management, review management, or technical management role focused on litigation support and ediscovery
- 2+ years of experience leading more than one ediscovery delivery team (review, project management, data operations, forensics)
- Experience managing key professional services performance metrics such as team utilization, revenue, and gross margin
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to present information to an executive level audience
- Experience scaling small teams to larger operations through implementing new tools, establishing standard processes, and driving change management with a focus on operational efficiency
- Experience leading projects with internal legal stakeholders as well as cross functional technical teams
- Led teams outside of India or experience collaborating with leaders globally
- Data processing, forensic collections, or other technical skills
- PMP or Agile certification
- Experience working at a software company or start-up
- Ability to motivate and adapt to different working styles based on teams involved
- A willingness to multitask in a dynamic environment to help growth the overall business
