We are looking for an experienced program leader to help develop and execute on initiatives that help build a fully integrated customer experience. You will craft programs and processes that enable customers to seamlessly engage with Amplify throughout the customer journey. This involves working cross functionally with product, engineering, operations, finance, sales, and other teams to build and lead projects that reinvent the customer experience. You will focus on setting strategic direction, leading end-to-end programs and projects, and be accountable to short and long-term business results.
Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are crucial as the role will act as the daily liaison for projects that impact multiple departments across the business as well as vendors and our customers. The person in this role exercises good judgment and has the ability to influence, making data-centric decisions using their experience in successful program/project management.
Responsibilities:
  • Define program and project strategy across Customer Success and other customer-facing teams.
  • Gather requirements and structure projects through development, test, launch and necessary post launch maintenance
  • Serve as the day-to-day planning and project accountability leader on behalf of Customer Success leadership
  • Coordinate meetings with key partners and collaborators related to project execution and provide updates to leadership.
  • Drive completion for all aspects of high priority projects from scope creation to final delivery
  • Run operational aspects of all projects, identifying potential issues and raising awareness, and devising contingency plans to mitigate risk and/or negative impact
  • Research and analyze best and/or creative solutions as required for any given project
  • Build and maintain documentation of projects and processes
  • Develop standard processes, templates, and tools for project execution and management

Basic Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years project management experience leading cross-functional projects
  • Established project leadership experience, leading large-scale projects with multiple key partners and complex roadmaps.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Track record of successfully prioritizing work and delivering high-quality projects on time in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Approaches work with excellent attention to detail
