What's happening at Entrada Therapeutics? Our mission is to transform the treatment of devastating diseases by establishing a new class of medicines to engage intracellular targets that have long been considered inaccessible and undruggable.
Our Endosomal Escape Vehicle (EEV™)-therapeutics represent a fundamental advancement in the field of intracellular therapeutics. They are designed to enable the efficient intracellular delivery of a wide range of therapeutics into a variety of organs and tissues, resulting in an improved therapeutic index. Through our EEV platform, we are building a diverse pipeline of RNA-, antibody- and enzyme-based programs for the potential treatment of neuromuscular, immunological, ocular and metabolic diseases, among others.
Our lead oligonucleotide programs include ENTR-601-44 and ENTR-601-45 for the potential treatment of people living with Duchenne who are exon 44 and 45 skipping amenable, respectively, as well as our partnered candidate ENTR-701 targeting myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1).

The OpportunityThe Director of Program Management will play an integral role in working with cross-functional leaders to develop and execute on program goals. The individual is goal oriented, disciplined, a strategic thinker, flexible, and has the ability to work with teams to drive preclinical and clinical programs through key milestones.
Responsibilities- Lead program team meetings, incorporating plan goals, tasks, and milestone updates, as well as risk identification and mitigation planning.
- Translate program goals into detailed project tasks, properly sequenced, and resourced with estimated timeframes (Gantt charts) to key milestones.
- Provide continuous support for teams to proactively track and monitor project progress. Work with teams to identify criteria for decision making and support team in creating forums for presentation of new information, timely decision making and responsiveness.
- Summarize complex topics to facilitate effective team discussions and decision making, and relay information regarding project status, issues, decisions, etc. to team members and senior leadership as appropriate.
- Drive aligned decision-making through proactive identification and escalation of critical issues and implications
- When needed, work with project sub-team leads from all functions to support outsourced work related to IND package preparation and submission.
- Work with team leaders from Discovery Research, CMC, Product Development, Clinical, and Regulatory to create a highly functional team environment. Develop strong and trusting relationships with team members.
- Interact with support functions (legal, finance, strategy, communications, and operations) as needed to ensure transparency and alignment.

To thrive on our team, you will need to come with:
- BS/BA degree required
- MS/MBA/PhD preferred
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience in supporting drug development within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams in discovery, preclinical, and/or clinical
- High level of mastery in basic biotech project management
- Experience guiding teams through IND submission, including goal setting, planning, budgeting, timeline management, and transition through stage gates
- Leadership skills, personal integrity and the ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment is critical
- Good working knowledge of various functional groups including Discovery Research, CMC, Product Development, Clinical, and Regulatory
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good skills with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
