The Technology Talent Excellence (TTE) team is a newly formed center of excellence (COE) that will tightly align with and support the achievement of our strategic objectives as a Technology organization. As the Technology organization continues to evolve, so must our talent strategy. The 'Early Careers Program' (ECP) is critical to the success of our talent strategy by identifying undergraduate and post graduate talent through internships, graduate schemes, and apprentice programs globally. In addition, who we partner with is critical to establishing an ongoing inclusive talent pipeline. This leader will be based in New York, with east coast time zone supporting all locations needed for this role to be successful.
The Director of Program Management will be responsible for leading the global early years programs in all our engineering hubs in India, the UK, and the US. In addition, this leader will be responsible for identifying the strategic partners that we want to focus on to support our talent strategy (such as universities and sponsorship events). This leader will streamline and refine the programs to directly align with the resourcing needs of the Technology organization. The leader will collaborate directly with the newly appointed Vice President of Technology Talent Excellence and partners across the company to deliver a best in class experience to attract, onboard, develop and retain talent. This leader will develop the ECP strategy and execute the plan by leveraging internal technology, creating innovative approaches, partnering with key stakeholders (Global Talent Acquisition, Colleague Experience Group, Technology Leadership), and focusing on efficiency generation.
It is an exciting time to join the Technology Talent Excellence team as we pivot to support the talent needs of the global technology organization. The fast-paced nature of this role means that the leader will be able to adapt to and drive change, collaborate with many stakeholders, influence key partners, measure experiences and modify plans based on data and research. This Director will shape the future of the ECP and bring their experience in leading change to make this successful. The leader will identify the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and sentiment analysis needed to improve the programs and The leader will have a global team to ensure the ECP are managed locally to gain the best insights and deliver the optimal experience.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with teams across technology and global talent acquisition to evaluate and jointly transform the existing Early Careers Program where needed, including processes and tools to meet the strategic objectives of each Technology organization
- Align and manage the connection to the overall Technology Strategic Workforce Plan
- Understand where to pipeline the best, most diverse talent, with the skills that directly support the Technology Strategic Workforce Plan
- Deepen the existing relationships with the hiring Technology Leaders
- Identify how to attract, onboard, develop and retain the best talent
- Partner with other members of the TTE team to create a seamless onboarding experience that will be memorable and attract future talent
- Leverage existing graduate networks to attract talent and retain the best talent
- Drive efficiencies and innovate across all EPC experiences
- Develop and manage OKRs and KPIs to track progress, use data to pivot and always improve customer satisfaction
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree along with Global Technology recruitment, Experience or Campus recruitment, or Change management experience is required
- Experience working in Technology, or closely partnering with Technology is a plus
- Excellent communication experience
- Highly organized with experience running large scale programs
- Experience with senior stakeholder management
- Experience working on Inclusion & Diversity programs a plus
- Experience working with external third parties and building excellent relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to develop measurable goals to track success
Salary Range: $145,000.00 to $230,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
