We are seeking a Director, Program Management, Professional Services to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Director of Program Management within Professional Services who will work directly with the leaders of the Services organization providing essential support and leadership in managing the day-to-day operations of implementing solutions and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The successful candidate will have a proven track record for leading the business, financial and data analytics to improve the business performance of Professional Services. The primary focus of the role is to design, develop and deploy data driven information solutions to facilitate performance improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include quantitative model building to evaluate various business scenarios to support performance improvement strategy formulation. The scope also involves creating analytical solutions to monitor and track successful execution of the performance improvement strategies. This is a cross functional role that interacts with finance, clinical services, network management, operations, and external clients. This role requires a combination of exceptional project management and execution capacity, operational excellence, team and change management expertise, and strong communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Execute the overall operational strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for margin expansion, and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Establish monitoring systems to track and measure performance against established KPIs, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Leverage technology and data analytics to streamline operations and drive data-informed decision-making
  • Forecasting calls with PS Sales and track/report on opportunities
  • Conduct analysis and provide insights to Leadership on trends or potential opportunities and risks
  • Monthly Forecast inclusive of month-end actuals, forecast, and variance analysis
  • Monthly system reconciliations between SFDC and Project Management system
  • Ability to document end to end processes as well as identify areas of improvements and execute cross-functionally.
  • Operations Business Partner to the Financial Team
  • Develop robust project management tools, processes, and support to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate End User trainings during customer onboardings to increase product adoption
  • Team Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership to the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, finance, and operations, to drive operational alignment.
  • Prepare and deliver clear and compelling presentations, analysis, and materials to convey strategies, initiatives, and progress

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; MBA (Master of Business Administration) or Master's degree preferred.
  • Seven (7) or more years of experience in consulting and/or strategic project management experience with a focus on improving business performance, change management, and optimizing operations.
  • Strong excel skills with ability to know when to use a variety of formulas and pivot tables to analyze data to provide insights and ability to create charts for optimal data visualization
  • Advanced skills and experience with SalesForce.com with ability to create and manage dashboards and reports.
  • Prior experience working with Quote-to-Cash process and Sales Operations.
  • Basic financial acumen skills and knowledge of P&L with ability to calculate gross margin.
  • Ability to successfully partner and execute cross-functionally on process, projects, and other business-related initiatives.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both Business Partners and Leadership.
  • Proficient at identifying areas for improvement in processes, tools, and techniques and the ability to follow through on implementing these improvements.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational skills, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to conduct research/analysis, organize findings and build presentations

This position offers a salary range of $195,000.00 to $205,000.00 (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here . This salary range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
