WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As the Director of Program Operations for the Digital Transformation Program Management Office (PMO), you will operate with high integrity, influence, and an outcome-based mindset. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders to drive strategic projects end-to-end focused on results and outcomes.
As a seasoned leader, you have excellent process operations, financial, and project management skills to manage complex projects that balance multiple priorities across a rapidly growing team. You will be part of a dynamic, highly collaborative, results-oriented leadership team comprised of strategic thinkers and proven executors. You will lead and influence a team of multi-faceted professionals to drive strategic outcomes and operationalize Global Technology's Program and Portfolio vision.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Lead and provide oversight to strategic projects/initiatives. Organize and manage integration of all appropriate stakeholders and tech domains involved in execution and delivery of projects/initiatives.
- Bring rigor and efficiency to PMO processes and resource planning by identifying and recommending ways to address current gaps.
- Lead PMO resource/capacity planning and budget forecasting activities for WHQ and distributed workforce locations.
- Manage Staff and Leadership Meetings for the PMO: Responsible for content, agendas, and action items. Manage the operational cadence of the team including, but not limited to facilitating weekly, monthly, and quarterly leadership meeting agendas and content (e.g., town halls, extended leadership, quarterly off-sites).
- Business Planning: Manage team participation as needed in strategic business planning activities, offsites, LT meetings and agenda, including follow through, action tracking, and related communications.
- Facilitate and manage detailed planning of OKRs and KPIs, ensure alignment across leadership team, aggregate cross-functional view for tracking and reporting.
- Build tight relationships with partners from Finance, HR, Recruiting, Business Operations, and internal stakeholder teams, etc. by driving priorities aligned to organizational goals, communicating, and gaining buy-in from leadership.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training
- 8+ years' experience in management consulting, strategy, and program operations, and/or other relevant fields
- 5+ years' experience in project management, handling budgets & financials and program operations
- Extensive experience presenting to and collaborating with senior executives
- Ability to work well in a with a highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem solving; ability to remain flexible and adjust on the fly to new demands and respond objectively
- Serves as a culture champion of our team, modeling inclusive behaviors and collaborative ways of working
- Must be results-oriented and able to move forward without complete information
- Ability to establish strong working relationships between the executives and cross-functional teams across an entire company.
- Ability to succeed in a collaborative, cross-functional, matrix management, fast paced environment demonstrated operational/ execution excellence and ability to think strategically while managing with a sense of urgency through ambiguity.
- Highly organized, ability to coordinate activities of Sr. Director to drive alignment and attainment of goals
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment with a highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem solving
This role is open to Beaverton, OR and San Francisco, CA
