Overview:
- Use of project management methodologies and best practices to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Partnership with senior business leadership responsible and accountable for management of client strategic direction, project implementation, account profitability and growth, and client relationship management.
- Senior lead with one or more major client accounts
- Senior lead who partners with his/her manager to optimize agency profitability and team efficiency, while exceeding client expectations and delivering the highest quality work

Key Knowledge:
- Thorough understanding of the theoretical and practical application of project management
- Has an advanced understanding of the client’s product/service, market and competition
- Has an advanced understanding of agency departments/capabilities and applicable process/systems
- Has an advanced understanding of the communications planning process including strategy development, media planning, creative process and production/execution
- Has an advanced understanding of individual project budgets and financials
- Has an advanced understanding of overall account P&L
Communication:
- Writes in a clear, concise and logical format
- Verbal communication is direct, articulate and diplomatic
- Listens actively, demonstrates understanding and effectively draws ideas out of others
- Demonstrates intelligence and confidence in formal meetings and presentations
