Evolve’s mission is to make vacation rental easy for everyone and our Property Acquisition team is focused on applying this philosophy to the experience of purchasing or selling a vacation rental. As a senior leader on Property Acquisition, you will be joining one of the fastest growing departments within Evolve and grow and lead a team that is responsible for ongoing efforts to refine our sales strategy and drive material acceleration in Evolve’s property acquisition process.
 As the Director of Property Acquisition Enablement, you’ll be directly involved in leading a team that drives results for activation, retention, and satisfaction metrics. You will drive and oversee the strategic direction and goals that enable our sales, onboarding and real estate teams to effectively engage, convert, and retain vacation rental homeowners through effective tools, education, and data analysis. You will also partner with stakeholders to produce world-class enablement programs with meaningful content, training, and tools that support the delivery of sales and revenue objectives.Â
What you’ll do
- Drive five major workstreams - enablement strategy, property acquisition tools and methodology, impact metrics, operational excellence, and training processes and systems (in partnership with Learning & Enablement)
- Engage and partner with stakeholders and leaders across the business and gather feedback to develop a perspective on the specific opportunities for enablement to improve sales and onboarding performanceÂ
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and L&E and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective playbook development, delivery, and training for each job function within the Sales, Onboarding and Real Estate
- Define and align on specific strategic initiatives with clear execution timelines & milestones - initiatives may include any variety of skills development, conversation guides, client-facing content, process changes, etc.Â
- Direct and lead enablement strategy and activation planning to ensure the entire org and our partners are equipped with the information, insights, and tools needed to drive activations
- Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing enablement team
- Evaluate workflow processes, recommend and implement procedural and systems changes to deliver quality service to our customers and partnersÂ
- Partner with L&E on the design and delivery of training content and decisionsÂ
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of relevant experience in high-growth and high-volume sales environments; previous hospitality or SMB sales experience preferred
- 5+ years of people management experience, specific to Enablement, Training and Delivery teams a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a broad range of stakeholders including teammates, managers and learning professionals
- Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential
- Ability to analyze behavioral and performance data to draw conclusions, inform strategy, and communicate trends to all levels within the organization
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines while managing shifting priorities across multiple teams and a scaling organization
- Ability to build strong relationships and effectively partner with others
- Passion for hospitality and inherent motivation to help others
- Salesforce experience a plus

LocationÂ
We currently are able to hire throughout the U.S except in the following states: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico and Pennsylvania. If you live in Colorado, you can work remotely anywhere in the state, at our downtown Denver office, or a hybrid of both!
Compensation
For this role our salary range is $154,000 to $177,000, depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.
