Job Description

Wellist has the most amazing health system clients including HCA and Yale New Haven Health!  We are seeking a hands-on Director of Client Success to manage our existing client relationships and bring on new health system partners.  Our consumer navigation programs help health systems better support patients across their care journey by connecting them to resources both at the hospital and in their local community through Wellist’s web platform and call center.  Wellist programs improve the patient experience, provider revenues and staff productivity.

We are seeking a scrappy, high-horsepower leader who loves building relationships up and down an organization - from the CIO or CNO to the case manager and social worker.  They are committed to iterative, user-centered workflow design, continuous improvement and learning.  They get into the details and solve problems with a “can-do” attitude.  As a mission-driven leader, they inspire both our clients and our colleagues.

The ideal candidate for the Director of Provider Client Success role has experience designing effective workflows, partnering with provider stakeholders and scaling an early-stage company.

  • Patient enrollment
  • Client satisfaction, retention and growth
  • Program ROI

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in client services, relationship management or program management roles
  • 2+ years at a venture-backed startup
  • Demonstrated success building strong partnerships and driving organizational change in a hospital setting
  • Expertise in patient experience and/or front-line care transformation
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to travel 20 to 30%, potentially increasing over time as the business grows
