Title: SW/System Process & Quality Director for BMS

Role:

• Quality and Process Lead in BMS for SW/System Products (not HW only products)
• Dotted line down to PLM DRIs in each function(SW, HW, SYS, PM, Apps).
• Dotted line across to SSG Quality, Central ADI Quality and ADI24x Development teams

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management (QM) and product lifecycle management (PLM) processes, standards, strategy and metrics for our BMS system developments
• Management and Coordination on the development and delivery of process and quality related work products with function leads in SW, Systems and Project Management
•  Planning, monitoring and reporting of ASPICE Gap Analysis, Reviews and Assessments as well as coaching and training in process implementation and assuring compliance.
• Lead the quality and process engagement for BMS SW/System to our customers and external assessments and audits of ASPICE compliance 
• Support the function leads in solving their Assessment findings and be responsible for steering the resolution of these findings.
• Ensure that the end-to-end traceability across various phases of the development life cycle and all required work product verification activities are performed correctly.
• Engage and influence across ADI Business Units and Quality Organization on the improvement of ADI system and software quality management systems
• Identifying Quality and Process risks and creating plans to mitigate
• reporting progress in product and process quality, prioritizing problems to solve and proposing solutions to stakeholders.
• Lead handling of product level 8D quality issues from customers of BMS product lines

Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science, Electronic, Software Engineering or in a related field.
• 10 years of experience in Automotive software or system development with at least 5 in a process or quality management role.
• Experience in development and implementation of Quality Management policies, processes and tools.
• Experience with tailoring, deploying and assessing Automotive SPICE
• Experience in ISO 26262 or ISO 21434, IEC 61508.
• Experience in quality resolution processes (e.g. 8D), and customer management and communication
• Experience in scrum and agile software development
• Experience in tools such as Confluence and Jira.
