Director, Recruiting Operations
Job Description
Leading the core global operational processes for the TA team to ensure we achieve hiring success across the organization
Determining team and resource requirements to support your strategy and build out the recruiting operations team, as appropriate (including navigating change management, where applicable)
Designing and implementing a system of metrics and analytics to position the recruiting team and business to make informed decisions as we growÂ
- Experience in being a strategic planner who looks around corners to steer headcount planning, capacity modeling, and budgeting
- Experience in change with an informed POV who can effectively lead the team through growthÂ
- Analytical and data driven mindset: you know all the tools and systems to influence and and lead change
- Experience being a player/coach: you don’t mind getting your hands dirty and owning some of the hard things as you build your team
- Flexibility: you are always looking for new ways to approach existing processes and understand that leadership requires patience and empathy
- Building (and rebuilding) operational systems, processes, and capabilities to support successful scaling in a high-growth global organization
- Leading teams through ambiguity and change
- Scaling processes and programs such as Talent Brand, University Recruiting, Interviewer/HM training, Employee Referrals, and OnboardingÂ
- Establishing cross-functional partnerships with Finance, People Operations, and AnalyticsÂ
- Developing strong relationships across recruiting teams and cross functional partners
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $209,000 to $230,000Â + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
