Job Summary

The Director Nursing & Allied Recruitment builds on their success and experience as a Senior Manager, further using industry knowledge and production expertise to train, mentor, and develop team members toward independent efficiency, while maintaining their own high production level, ultimately impacting revenue!

Job Responsibilities

• Provides targeted and specific coaching to team members.
• Leads and presents at team meetings.
• Runs Accounts Receivable reports on behalf of division/region.
• Resolves disputes between and with clients/candidates by resolving root cause of the dispute and negotiating a mutually acceptable resolution.
• Depending on team structure/composition, may perform Regional Vice President duties as needed when the RVP is out of the office or unavailable.
• Completes all core Senior Manager job tasks: independently and with minimal direction.
• Formulates marketing campaigns in order to attract candidates by writing direct mail correspondence, crafting internet job postings, and communicating with Research department.
• Applies and leads all available candidate resources including internet inquiries, internal referrals, the Manual Ability Classification System database, network of search consultants, and outside website resources, in order to prioritize and contact leads using a high volume phone strategy.
• Conducts hand-off calls with Marketing clients.
• Completes community profiles in order to establish relationships with clients, evaluate opportunities, sell mail, and gain first-hand information for candidates.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree | Preferred

Minimum Work Experience

• 7+ years of experience in sales or recruiting.
• Healthcare staffing.
• Experience in a management role.
• Experience with Salesforce.

Pay Rate

$86,000 - $107,000 Salary

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
