Job Summary
The Director Allied Recruitment builds on their success and experience as a Manager, further leveraging industry knowledge and production expertise to train, coach, and develop team members toward independent productivity, while maintaining their own high production level, ultimately impacting revenue.
Position Highlights:
- Hybrid role working 2-3 days a week in office
- Office located in Coppell, TX (Additional locations: Hickory, NC; Boca Raton, FL)
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- *Requires Recruitment Management/Supervisor experience
Job Responsibilities
- Provides targeted and specific coaching to team members.
- Leads and presents at team meetings.
- Runs Accounts Receivable reports on behalf of division/region.
- Resolves disputes between and with clients/candidates by determining the root cause of the dispute and negotiating a mutually acceptable resolution.
- Depending on team structure/composition, may perform Director/MOR duties as needed when the Director/MOR is out of the office or unavailable.
- Completes all core Manager job tasks: independently and with minimal supervision.
- Formulates marketing campaigns in order to attract candidates by writing direct mail correspondence, creating internet job postings, and communicating with Research department.
- Utilizes and manages all available candidate resources including internet inquiries, internal referrals, the MHACS database, network of search consultants, and outside website resources, in order to prioritize and contact leads using a high volume phone strategy.
- Conducts hand-off calls with Marketing clients.
- Completes community profiles in order to build relationships with clients, evaluate opportunities, sell mail, and gain first-hand information for candidates.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree | Preferred
Minimum Work Experience
- *1+ years experience in a Recruitment Management or Supervisor role managing people.
- 7+ years of experience in sales or recruiting.
- Healthcare staffing.
- Experience with Salesforce.

Pay Rate
$86,000 - $107,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
