Location: Boston or East Coast remote

Our Opportunity We are looking for a visionary leader to join our team as Director Regional Marketing. In this role you will spearhead the development management and acceleration of field and partner marketing efforts across the AMER region. Your leadership will be pivotal in crafting well-aligned market plans to drive business objectives such as heightened visibility demand generation product adoption and partner GTM programs. Join us in leading a team of skilled marketers to deliver impactful and timely marketing strategies tailored to the AMER market landscape.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Leading developing and managing a team of professionals focused on field and partner marketing.

  • Defining opportunities and initiatives based on a comprehensive understanding of regional markets enterprise customer needs and the partner ecosystem.

  • Establishing and executing marketing plans in collaboration with your team while ensuring adequate resource allocation.

  • Driving market visibility awareness and demand generation through innovative strategies.

  • Developing and overseeing demand management and marketing programs to drive pipeline activities.

  • Collaborating closely with Corporate Marketing teams to align product launches and go-to-market plans with strategic objectives.

  • Managing stakeholders at field regional and corporate levels to garner support and ensure effective planning.

  • Upholding high quality and standards within the marketing function while providing coaching and career development to team members.

What You’ll Need:

  • 15+ years of enterprise software marketing experience with a focus on security and start-ups.

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams with expertise in demand generation field and partner marketing.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment fostering an atmosphere where team members exceed expectations.

  • 5+ years of experience in building and leading diverse teams within a matrixed organization.

  • Client-facing experience with a successful track record of collaborating with partners to achieve mutual success.

  • Deep understanding of market intelligence insights and data-driven strategies.

  • Familiarity with partner ecosystem dynamics best practices in partner marketing and co-marketing strategies.

  • Strong organizational planning and budgeting skills.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
