Director, Retail Accounts

Corvus is looking for a Director of Retail Accounts to expand our presence in the Cyber and Tech E&O space. In this role, the individual will own sales strategy and drive revenue by acquiring new retail broker partners and managing strategic relationships for key commercial retail accounts. 

Our ideal candidate has strong existing relationships with the top retail brokerages nationally. In addition, they will be excited to use technology to enhance these relationships and promote new risk mitigation techniques, products and services.This is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales leader who wants to represent the world’s largest speciality commercial InsurTech company and lead us into our next phase of growth.  

Responsibilities

• Grow top-line premium with top commercial retail brokers through demonstrating the value of Corvus and our Smart Insurance products  
• Establish new broker relationships within the largest commercial retail insurance brokers
• Identify and drive new business opportunities around our new Smart Insurance™ Products including Cyber and Tech E&O. 
• Lead broker training sessions and drive the the adoption of the CrowBar,  the proprietary software platform of Corvus
• Partner with underwriters to develop and maintain broker relationships through strong relationships, policy wording, claims handling, etc.

Qualifications

• 5-10  years of sales experience in the commercial insurance sector, familiarity with Cyber & Tech E&O is preferred
• Must have strong commercial retail broker relationships 
• Comfortable working autonomously with limited supervision 
• Be well-respected in the commercial industry space and have a positive attitude
