About This Opportunity

In this role, you will act as a key member of the Commercial Leadership Team that focuses on driving profitable revenue growth in both short-term operations and long-term strategic initiatives. This position reports to the Senior Director, Revenue Growth Management and is the revenue business partner to the Customer Sales team Directors, the Director of Commercial Finance, and all Commercial team leaders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Large Store (LS)/Small Store (SS)/Wholesale channels' annual revenue plan that enables the business to achieve EBITDA goals, while providing business partners with achievable targets based on optimized pricing and promotion strategies

• Manage all of the LS/SS/Wholesale customer investments, their ROI, and the management of risks and opportunities to support our profitable revenue growth goals
• Provide context for a long-term business planning roadmap
• Plan scenarios related to customer and brand opportunities
• Adopt and integrate trade promotion optimization and trade spend optimization insights from our Advanced Analytics team
• Collaborate with senior leaders to action insights from the commercial and finance teams for sku portfolio optimization, brand health needs, pricing optimization, and customer requests
• Monitor trends in the industry, sales, general business conditions, and other related areas with a focus on creating actionable strategies and tactics
• Present fact-based, concise recommendations to Executive leaders with contingency plans
• Chart of Authority approver for customer investment decisions (trade spend)
• Lead and coach team members to ensure success in their current roles and prioritizes team development for the long-term professional growth
• Develop new tools to drive process improvement through innovation

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Analytics or a related field
• 8+ years related work experience
• 3+ years' experience managing a team
• Strong collaboration skills required to work with key stakeholders across different functions
• Excellent business acumen, attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to problem solve using unique and innovative solutions
• P&L management and analysis as well as revenue expertise is a strong asset
• SAP and/or Nielsen experience is an asset
• Power BI and/or data science experience is an asset
