The Director, Revenue Operations - Marketing will be responsible for the development and oversight of strategic revenue programs, processes and tools focused on enhancing team productivity and go-to-market effectiveness. This role will be aligned to our marketing organization and it will be a leadership position across the full revenue operations value chain.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with sales & marketing to manage, optimize, and run the systems and processes to support the end to end revenue operations value chain.
  • Support the Head of Marketing and marketing organization, specifically in cross-functional account based marketing and demand generation. Support the marketing budget process and operational metrics.
  • Be the central administrator of marketing and sales enablement technology to guide best practices, oversee documentation, troubleshoot, and ensure technology features and functionalities are implemented and integrated efficiently for scale.
  • Help support a data-driven growth strategy by working with leadership to provide recommendations. Design and track KPIs, campaign performance, and identify insights and trends that can be used to improve targeting/messaging/conversion.
  • Sales and MarTech Optimization: Ensuring successful and appropriate tech integration across marketing and sales platforms. Be the Salesforce advocate for marketing to support ABX for sales/marketing execution.
  • Provide analysis to understand the performance of marketing channels (attribution), identify opportunities and make recommendations for improvement. Create marketing influenced pipeline forecasts and ABX measurement dashboards, tracking sales activities.
  • Work alongside GTM leadership to define marketing and sales goals, quotas, and territories, and provide insights and recommendations on performance and trends

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue/Marketing/Sales Operations
  • 5+ years in a B2B Enterprise Software/SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales processes, methodologies, and tools, with a proven track record of success in developing & implementing standards for marketing and sales excellence
  • Specific tool experience in Marketo, Demandbase, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales Intelligence tools (Gong), and other tools that drive Sales productivity
  • Excellent analytical skills; ability to analyze complex data sets, draw meaningful insights, and provide actionable recommendations to support sales decision-making
  • Experience driving complex cross-functional projects from ideation to execution
  • Startup experience, preferred
