This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Revenue Operations in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and evolve revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success, driving efficiency, predictability, and growth across the full revenue lifecycle. You will design scalable processes, implement AI-augmented workflows, and partner closely with executive and GTM leadership to translate strategy into measurable results. The Director will ensure data integrity, optimize forecasting, and leverage advanced analytics to surface insights that guide decision-making. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise with revenue tools, and strong cross-functional leadership. You will shape a forward-looking RevOps function that supports sustainable, compounding growth while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end revenue operations function across sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring alignment and execution against revenue goals
  • Optimize revenue processes and workflows, embedding AI and automation to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance customer experience
  • Build and maintain scalable KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into revenue performance
  • Partner with executive and GTM leadership to refine revenue strategy, annual/quarterly plans, and predictive forecasting models
  • Drive adoption and evolution of revenue technology systems, including CRM, MAP, CPQ, BI, and AI-powered operational tools
  • Foster a high-performing team through mentorship, skills development, and promotion of best practices in AI-augmented operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, pricing strategies, and expansion initiatives
  • Requirements:

    • 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or related roles within high-growth SaaS, Fintech, or technology companies
    • Hands-on experience managing revenue operations in a multi-functional GTM environment
    • Expertise in revenue technology stack (CRM, MAP, BI, CPQ, CS tools) and AI-enhanced operational platforms
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership
    • Experience with AI-assisted forecasting, predictive analytics, workflow automation, and process optimization
    • Excellent cross-functional influence, communication, and stakeholder management skills
    • Strategic and operational mindset, capable of balancing long-term planning with execution-level detail
