Job Responsibilities:

• Providing financial leadership and partnership for productivity initiatives (Cost reduction / investment goals) for RLCS and providing guidance to the organization. Ensure team is on track to meet commitments.
• Engaging product line and operational managers continuously to ensure that financial commitments are achieved.
• Supporting make vs. buy decisions with sound analytical guidance
• Leading monthly productivity and efficiency reviews and with the president of the business and the Carrier SVP of Operations
• Evaluating capital, product development, or other investments
• Prepare and present business reviews as required
• Manage strategic business projects associated with operations within the 9 manufacturing sites.

Travel Expectations: ~15%

Education & Experience:

• BA/BS degree in accounting, finance or business administration w/10+ years demonstrated experience
• MA/MS degree in accounting, finance or business administration w/7+ years demonstrated experience CPA and /or MBA extremely desirable.
• Incumbent must have 7-10 years of demonstrated financial and accounting expertise in a senior level position, to include
• Operations finance experience with large manufacturing sites
• Proven ability to supervise, direct and develop professional and managerial associates
• Demonstrated ability to meet specific and measurable goals.
• Strong interpersonal and functional skill sets required including excellent communication skills
