Job Description: 
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Member with a strong background in devising strategic partnerships with agency holding companies to drive revenue growth. As the Agency Partnership Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to incentivize larger deals and foster value exchanges with our agency partners. 
 
Responsibilities: 
- Develop and execute strategic plans to establish and strengthen partnerships with agency holding companies, focusing on mutual growth and value creation. 
- Identify key decision-makers within agency holding companies and cultivate strong relationships to drive collaboration and partnership opportunities. 
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives and sales targets. 
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and optimize partnership initiatives. 
- Create compelling proposals and presentations to showcase the value proposition of partnering with Fortune Media US to agency holding companies. 
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties. 
- Monitor and track partnership performance, including revenue metrics, to measure the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and identify areas for improvement. 
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in sales and partnership management to continuously enhance strategies and processes. 

- Reporting to the SVP, Advertising & Partnerships 
 
Qualifications: 
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably within the media or advertising industry. 
- Strong understanding of agency holding companies and their business models, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and decision-making processes. 
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization. 
- Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and a results-oriented mindset. 
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation:

Base Salary plus commission targeting OTE $150,000.00 - 250,000.00 total compensation
