What do we need?
Aspirion is a growing company, and we are inviting a motivated Sales & Client Success Operations Manager to join our talented team! This candidate will leverage data and analysis to proactively deliver business insights around sales strategy, territory, and budget planning, forecasting and pipeline generation. The ideal candidate will have a combination of analytical insight, strong business acumen, and an ability to partner with sales and client success leaders and cross functional leadership roles that support sales.
Requirements
What will you provide?
- Act as trusted advisor to the Chief Client Officer, leveraging data and analysis to proactively deliver business insights, develop GTM strategies, and scale the business
- Identify key opportunities for business improvement through a combination of analytics, qualitative insights, and real-world business experience.
- Drive efficient and effective RFP responses to maximize win rate.
- Collaborate with Client Success team to drive premium-touch programs to client base.
- Establish and maintain client reporting packages to support executive business reviews
- Assess and make recommendations related to optimal territory/client assignments for sales and client success teams
- Coordinate and develop onboarding plans for new sales and client success hires and manage ongoing team education/enablement process.
- Ensure accuracy and clean data for both sales prospects and existing clients in Salesforce
- Partner with finance team to ensure accurate forecasting, annual budgeting, commission tracking & calculations
- Partner with marketing to capture and analyze data around pipeline, lead generation and conversion
- Work with management to develop, implement and maintain various reports that support sales and client success teams
Professional Qualifications
- Excellent Salesforce.com skills with the ability to perform administrative level customizations
- Strong financial and business acumen and analysis capabilities related to sales metrics, budgeting, commissions, etc.
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Works with minimal direction, proactively promotes an open flow of information
- Ability to think strategically
- High energy, team-oriented self-starter with high sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with and influence internal departments
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding commission related data
Education and Experience Qualifications
- BS/BA in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years' experience in sales operations.
