Job Summary

Responsible for defining and managing the BeyondTrust sales and external partner sales enablement strategy, ultimately increasing the effectiveness of the global sales organization and the external partner organization. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Lead the team to build effective sales enablement programs to support a world class B2B sales organization including all sales roles (SDR, AE, Renewals, and Sales Management)
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product leadership to identify sales productivity gaps & prioritize work on key initiatives across the global sales team such as sales pitch certification, ongoing enablement/learning, sales playbooks
  • Develop and manage new hire onboarding programs that decrease ramp time of new sales roles and similar external partner sales roles
  • Understand the customer journey and ensure enablement deliverables that align with the journey and BeyondTrust initiatives
  • Lead and manage the delivery and execution of sales onboarding, training and coaching programs leveraging multiple delivery mechanisms

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience leading sales enablement teams
  • Multi-National/International experience
  • 10+ years of experience working with enterprise B2B teams
  • 5+ years of experience working with and enabling external partners

Desirable Skills but not Required

  • Preferred: Master’s or MBA
  • Knowledgeable in current and upcoming sales methodologies
  • Track record of measurably improving sales productivity and performance
