The team is looking for a Director, Sales Enablement to support the business drivers and outcomes that are foundational to Marketing and Sales success. Your Day-to-Day Role
  • Enhancing sales readiness and effectiveness to drive revenue growth and improve sales productivity
  • Strategically partner with senior leaders to translate business objectives into standard frameworks and playbooks to achieve business outcomes. Continually assess and refine sales capabilities based on data and evolving business needs.
  • Develop and reinforce critical sales competencies. Prioritizes training objectives for selling, sales management, and sales support roles. 
  • Collaborating with marketing, and product team to ensure alignment of sales enablement initiatives
  • Working with Product Marketing team, develop comprehensive sales playbooks aligned to our Sales Methodology
  • Ensure consistent deployment and usage of prescribed sales methodology
  • Develop, deploy and maintain sales manager training program
  • Providing guidance, and mentorship to the sales enablement team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
  • Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices along with KPIs to measure the enablement team’s success
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of sales knowledge enablement efforts on revenue growth and customer success
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of enablement professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
  • Project manage annual Sales Kickoff
Your Work Experience
  • You have 10+ years of related work experience in Sales Enablement, Corporate Strategy, or Business Operations in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, preferably at a SaaS or B2B organization
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Proven experience in B2B sales enablement or sales leadership roles within the technology industry
  • In-depth understanding of sales methodologies, sales processes, and CRM systems
  • Strong knowledge of sales enablement technology products, solutions, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure success
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful sales training programs
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with various teams
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Important Details

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office a minimum of 3 days per week to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
