We are looking for a skilled, seasoned and dynamic Director, Sales Enablement in our Americas region to join our team. In this pivotal leadership role, you will partner in driving revenue growth and customer success across our entire customer segment range, spanning from Small Business to Enterprise. Your main objective will be to empower our sales teams with the necessary tools, knowledge, and support to excel in their roles, driving customer acquisition, upsell, and expansion opportunities. You will be a strategic thinker, highly action-oriented (Get Stuff Done - GSD), and a dynamic problem-solver with a passion for driving measurable results.

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $131,000-161,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.

We are looking for a skilled, seasoned and dynamic Director, Sales Enablement in our Americas region to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Sales Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with RingCentral's overall business objectives. This strategy should cover all customer segments, including Small Business and Enterprise, and support the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales expansion.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions about sales enablement initiatives. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the sales process.
- High-Performing Enablement Teams: Build and lead a high-performing sales enablement team that includes training, content creation, and sales support specialists. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to foster growth and excellence within the team.
- Collaboration with Revenue Teams: Collaborate closely with revenue-generating teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to understand their needs, align sales enablement efforts, and ensure their success in achieving targets.
- Sales Training and Content Development: Develop and deliver impactful sales training programs that equip our sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. Create engaging sales content, including pitch decks, battle cards, and other collateral, that supports the sales process.
- Change Management and Adaptability: Embrace change and foster a culture of adaptability within the sales enablement team and across sales operations. Be willing to innovate and evolve strategies to stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities.
- Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of sales enablement initiatives. Continuously refine and optimize enablement programs based on performance insights.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry best practices and sales enablement trends. Implement cutting-edge methodologies to drive sales effectiveness and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Enablement Manager or similar role, with a track record of driving sales success across diverse customer segments.
- Demonstrated expertise in data-driven decision making and using analytics to optimize sales processes.
- Experience in building and leading high-performing sales enablement teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to take ownership and drive results.
