Altium is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales Enablement to join our Digital Sales team. The Director of Sales Enablement will be responsible for driving the development and execution of sales enablement programs and strategies to ensure our sales teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to achieve and exceed their sales targets. This role is instrumental in optimizing the performance of our sales organization and contributing to the company's continued growth.
A Day in The Life of Our Director of Sales Enablement:- Sales Enablement Strategy: Develop, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with Altium's digital sales goals and overall business objectives
- Content Development: Create and curate sales content, including training materials, product knowledge resources, and playbooks, to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team
- Training and Onboarding: Design and deliver training programs to ensure new hires are onboarded effectively and existing sales team members receive ongoing training and skill development
- Sales Tools and Technology: Identify, implement, and manage sales enablement tools and technologies that streamline sales processes and improve productivity
- Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes, ensuring efficient lead management, qualification, and conversion
- Performance Analytics: Develop and maintain a system for tracking and analyzing the impact of sales enablement initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to sales leadership
- Sales Coaching and Support: Provide coaching and support to the sales team, assisting in overcoming challenges and closing deals by sharing best practices and market insights
- Sales Communication: Establish a clear and effective communication framework between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless information flow
- Sales Feedback Loop: Collect feedback from the sales team and customers to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in sales enablement, preferably in a technology or software sales environment
- Strong understanding of the digital sales process, electronic design, and manufacturing industry
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in sales enablement tools and technology
- Analytical and data-driven approach to sales enablement
- Proven track record of driving sales team performance and achieving sales targets
The salary range for this role is {$160,000.00 - $190,000.00 OTE). Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
