Minimum qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in sales, operations, and partner management.
  • 10 years of experience in people management.
  • 10 years of experience in digital marketing with advertisers and agencies.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in building executive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing high-performing teams and managing managers.
  • Experience in selling Google advertising solutions.
  • Ability to work with global teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and experience in designing and implementing transformational programs.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

We are dedicated to growing the unique needs of advertising companies. Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of Google's global partners strategy in collaboration with multiple internal teams.
  • Set the vision for agency development and customer success within the region. Drive innovation to accelerate business growth.
  • Enable agencies in the portfolio to achieve long-term growth via agency development and new business development investments. Drive GCS advertiser success and satisfaction within the portfolio via engagement.
  • Manage and grow external C-level agency relationships through key engagements, quarterly reviews, and engagements.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop a team of people managers, agency development managers, and agency account strategists. Mentor a high-performing team and help them engage with executive stakeholders at agencies and advertisers.
