About the role:

Sales Operations plays a critical role within the sales organization, supporting sales efforts by managing the Sales Process.  This team works with sellers to deliver proposals, schedule meetings, and ensure on-time completion of all aspects of the pre-sales process.  This includes providing clear and transparent communications to cross-functional teams.  Sales Operations is responsible for quality control and sign-off on all client-facing deliverables including commercial terms, updated presentation materials, and tracking wins/losses/debriefs in partnership with the revenue operations team.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
  • Serve as a partner to Sales leads to deliver proposals, schedule meetings, and ensure on-time completion of all aspects of the pre-sales process.  This includes providing clear and transparent communications to cross-functional partners.
  • Pre-sale: support and project manage the RFP process and business development opportunities
  • Post-Sales: support and project manage the post-sales process with Account Management, Brand Solutions and Creator Partnerships
  • Participate as a strong partner with Sales teams, Creator Partnerships, Brand Solutions, Operations, Strategy, and Account Management to strategize and execute client deliverables in a timely and organized manner
  • Work to support new processes including Project management, organize day-to-day operations, and track milestones and deliverables and communicate status in a clear and timely manner to all stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead internal meetings, campaign status check-ins, and review of all ongoing projects/proposals; manage campaign specific risks to foresee potential problems while proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance
  • Assist the team in the successful delivery of the new business process in addition to overseeing operational elements of the business post-sale

  • Collaboration with client, finance, operational, and senior leadership team 
  • Help shape new internal department processes and growth
Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years’ agency or brand experience
  • Strong detail-oriented communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • A solid understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem and an insatiable appetite for learning about industry innovations
  • Appreciate and understand the value of creativity
  • High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Sharp eye for business with the ability to listen, ask relevant questions, and think three steps ahead
  • Thrive in an environment where collaboration, flexibility and scrappiness are valued more than job titles, rigid structure and legacy ways of working
  • Be a curious self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive, can do attitude

The salary range for the role is $125,000 - $140,000 + Bonus + benefits
