The Opportunity
FastSpring is seeking a Director, Sales Operations. As a crucial component of our go-to-market function, our team is committed to driving exceptional revenue growth by delivering best-in-class solutions across the entire GTM engine. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this position is part of our Sales organization and will drive strong collaboration and coordination with our revenue operations within our Marketing and Customer Success Operations teams. Â

How You Will Have an Impact:
- Be the Revenue Operations subject matter expert to counterparts in Sales, Customer Operations, Finance, Marketing on all operational activities related to deal closure, opportunity management, quoting, bookings, etc.
- Lead organizational alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations and other areas to drive the end to end revenue model; managing the consolidated revenue model, driving regular forecast updates, and producing weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting for various stakeholders, including the Board of Directors.
- Expert for all revenue metrics, with a focus toward understanding customer-level detail and our key growth drivers to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Lead global sales planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting essential for sales organization effectiveness. Ensures that a robust management operating system exists, including key business metrics and trends that support the decision-making process.
- Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning & reporting efforts. Coordinate planning & reporting activities with other functions and stakeholders.Â
- Create executive–level presentations; analyze and interpret revenue data to provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership to drive revenue growth.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools.
- Manage and oversee technology across the go-to-market tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, LeanData, and other best-in-class solutions.
- Implement and apply data hygiene processes to regularly improve the quality and accuracy of records in all systems, and develop new processes to acquire net new prospects for go-to-market teams.
- Select and maintain an up to date understanding of Revenue Operations technology options and best in class playbooks for SaaS operations. Understand technology landscape to look around corners and spot potential “gotchas” in scope.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience leading a team focused on Sales Operations or Revenue Operations for high-growth B2B SaaS.
- Transformational leader that can help us take the FastSpring Sales and Revenue Operations to the next level.Â
- Experience having built the foundation of Sales and Revenue Operations in prior roles. Must possess a strong POV of what a best-in-class SaaS Companies infrastructure design and operating processes around all revenue generating activities should look like.
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce, with experience building an interconnected environment across technologies.
- Expert-level financial modeling skills, with strong attention to detail and high standards for quality.
- Comfortable in ambiguity, thrive through change, are highly adaptable and can create clarity and focus in a dynamic environment.
- Experience managing workloads in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Critical thinking skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements.
- Analytical skills and experience in revenue forecasting and data analysis.
- Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
