To build and lead a Sales Operations team which is at the center of all the AbacusNext Prospect and Customer lifecycle processes.

Your Mission
Your team will be interacting with Sales and delivering innovative strategies to improve sales productivity and customer experience. You will deliver by leading a team of well-versed operations specialists who will help Sales by identifying their business challenges and helping to deliver program and technical solutions.

You will recruit, hire, and train a diverse set of Sales Operations resources and support their growth through development, performance management, and coaching.

You will own the overall Sales Client lifecycle strategy from Customer acquisition and onboarding and help drive nurture success in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success.You will be a key advocate for our Sales technology needs and lead the sharing of those needs with our technology teams.You will support the Sales team's budget process to optimize for key inputs and outputs as part of building annual plans and quarterly forecasts.You will partner with key leaders across the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver on the strategic goals of the Sales organization.

You will be a key part of the Sales leadership and Revenue Operations leadership teams.Build scalable processes to address any challenges in the Customer lifecycle process to improve organizational efficacy.Lead and manage the Sales compensation strategy and process including executing on plan updates, creating sales quotas, and delivering compensation reporting.Lead Sales training programs to deliver effective new hire onboarding and drive ongoing Sales productivity improvements.Own Sales forecasting process including systematic delivery and reporting.As a trusted partner for your Sales teams, you will be expected to help them to achieve and exceed delivery targets.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to deliver optimal solutions and enhance processes in the entire Customer lifecycle.You will coach your team in the best ways to drive sales enablement, improve sales effectiveness, and deliver on key projects to improve Sales results.You will work with HR and help to source, identify, and screen candidates for the Sales Operations Team.You will develop innovative strategies to increase your team's skill level and to enhance the Customer and Prospect Experience.You will understand the Sales technology stack and address any gaps by building business cases, business requirements, and leading delivery key technology to the stack.

You will become an SME in our product features, sales programs, and applications to ensure they support our Customer and Prospect needs.You will enhance the Sales team's communication strategy by building a program for the Voice of the Customer.You will stay current on all company product lines, competitive products, and new trends in Sales technology.You will identify and build out the key reporting necessary to deliver on the team strategy and understand and share key performance indicators (KPIs) through ad hoc, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting

Requirements

Travel may be required (up to 10%).

10+Sales Operations or Sales experience

4+ Years experience as a leader in Sales Operations managing team performance building out a Sales Operations function

Passion for data-driven decisions and influencing technical and non-technical audiences

Must have a positive attitudeEffective presenter including active listening

Display ability to think critically through issues to identify an appropriate solution

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with multiple levels from executive to user.High personal ethics

Previous experience with B2B Sales Operations

Previous SaaS experience• Knowledge in building out Sales tech stack including new workflows to improve automation and prospect / customer experience.
