Job Description
As Relyance AI’s Director, Sales Strategy, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our sales organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to optimize our sales processes, improve sales performance, and maximize revenue generation. This is a high-impact role that requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of revenue operations.
As a Director of Sales Strategy, your role will include:
Collaborating with senior leadership to define and execute the sales strategy for Relyance AI. Developing a deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Assessing and enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales processes.
Analyzing sales data and key performance indicators to measure sales team performance and identify trends and areas of improvement; Developing actionable insights and providing recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness and drive revenue growth.
Working closely with the marketing and product teams to develop sales enablement materials, including sales collateral, presentations, and training programs. Ensuring the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to sell Relyance AI's products and services effectively.
Establishing and maintaining a robust sales analytics framework. Create regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance, revenue metrics, and key performance indicators. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive sales growth.
Collaborate with Finance to build revenue capacity models for future growth.
Own the GTM tech stack and roadmap, such as building, maintaining, and supporting our technologies (Salesforce, Zoom, Outreach, Hubspot, etc)
Analyze data to inform sales targets, quotas, incentives, geos, verticals and commission structures
Working cross functional to remove any operation/organizational barriers
Working closely with sales and finance leadership in preparing Board level and Executive management presentations
Leading the annual sales quota, compensation, and sales organizational planning process
Building a functional deal desk to ensure all proposals, quotes and signed contracts are executed within the approval matrix in a timely manner
This role could be a fit for you if you bring:
7+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Ops
2+ years of experience leading a Sales Strategy or Ops function
3+ years of experience administering SalesForce
Ability to think strategically to come up with new dashboards to better understand the Sales metrics
Demonstrated ability to optimize sales processes, drive sales performance, and exceed revenue targets.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Bonus points for:
Experience in an Early-stage SaaS organization
Experience tracking lead attribution through Hubspot

We use data-driven pay practices with the goal of ensuring offerings are competitive to the market and our team members are being compensated correctly based on their roles, experience, and location. As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $155,000 to $175,000 plus variable comp.
