Designation: Director Security Operations (IS & Cyber Security)

JOB PROFILE :-

Role:

The candidate will assume ownership of our Public Cloud Cyber Defense Center (RCDC) with previous experience of running a Global SOC function (shared customer and dedicated customer environments). The candidate will have experience around XDR EDR and VMDR and be highly proficient with Microsoft Sentinel and Defender products as well as CrowdStrike and Qualys.

The candidate is expected to be highly technical but also able to present the cyber defense capabilities to prospective customers in support of sales pitches. The candidate will have a good knowledge of public cloud environments especially Azure and AWS.

The candidate must have good stakeholder management skills as well as evidence of previous leadership roles.

The candidate will be responsible for RCDC bookings and revenue as well as underlying operating costs.

Delivery Quality: Focus will be on providing a ‘fanatical experience’ to customers in all regions.

Growth and Next Gen: The candidate will be expected to drive growth through the implementation of next generation capabilities. This will include solutioning of new managed service capabilities and bringing them to market including commercial and financial modelling; operational structure; marketing collateral and sales enablement etc.

Team: The candidate will assume ownership of a team of ~30+ resources consisting of a SOC Manager Sec Ops Analysts Security Engineers and Security Delivery Manager(s). This team is expected to grow and the candidate is expected to be involved in hiring and performance management of the team. Previous experience of leading large and successful teams is required.

Certifications: Relevant Microsoft and AWS security certifications as well as industry recognized certifications.
