ADP is Hiring a Director of Security Risk Management-
The Director of Security Risk Management - Governance, Risk, Compliance & Reporting will be responsible for overseeing the gathering, transformation, processing and modeling of data that is key to reporting on GSO's strategic objectives.
This role will consult with security and business leaders, to understand the requirements to deliver results in an accurate, timely and secure manner.
This role will create strategies for telling an executive level narrative aligned to security risk and develop the needed reporting to drive overall risk reduction.
What You'll Do-

  • Directs the development and analysis of key security metrics and statistics to build the appropriate narrative that supports a risk focused view of the overall health of the portfolio.
  • Interprets and analyzes risk data using the appropriate technology, models, and tools for explaining and forecasting.
  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the accuracy of the data collected.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the data being collected from all sources.
  • Acts as a Security Business Partner for assigned functional VPs, Directors and other Sr. Management providing specialized analysis to support the decision-making process.
  • Analyzes data associated with processes within the supported organizations and provides technical and organizational recommendations based on trending.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of new techniques and approaches utilizing operational analysis applying with a global perspective.
  • Identify potential data sources and develops sustainable methodologies to obtain performance indicators to achieve desired measurement.

A little about the Global Security Organization: The GSO is a cross-divisional, converged security team that has a multi-disciplinary approach in cyber and information security and compliance, operational risk management, client security management, workforce protection, and business resilience. The

To Succeed In this Role-

  • 12yrs of information security and data analysis experience
  • Must have demonstrated abilities with work across diverse teams, security and technology engagements from concept to delivery and understanding of security operations and risk management.
  • Must be well versed in data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Must have demonstrated experience extracting, processing and interpreting complex data sets and identifying relationships between multiple data sources.
  • Analytical ability and critical thinking
  • Collaborates effectively with cross-functional entities across the enterprise.
  • Organizational direction, time management, problem-solving, prioritization, goal setting, leadership and motivation, negotiation, interpersonal relations, verbal/written communications and human resource management
  • Detail oriented and ability to meet inflexible deadlines.
  • Proficient in Security Risk Management tools supporting Risk Assessments, GRC, and continuous controls validation.
  • Proficient use of MS Office tools
  • Prefer a bachelor's degree in information/security systems or other related degree or an equivalent in education and experience.
  • Prefer one (or more) industry certifications in Information Security and Risk Management such as CISSP, GSEC, CISA, ISO lead auditor, etc.

Actual salary may be above or below this range based on factors such as location,
skills, and relevant experience. In addition, this position may include additional
compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

Salary range for this role is: $92,700 - $188,100/year
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $92,700.00 - $188,100.00 / Year
