Responsibilities

· You will oversee the development and execution of the merchandising strategy to align with Skims' brand vision and business objectives, ensuring innovative and trend-setting product assortments.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams in planning, developing, and implementing seasonal product strategies that enhance our market position.

· Analyze sales trends and consumer insights to inform merchandising decisions and maximize revenue opportunities.

· Manage product assortment, pricing, margin, and inventory to maximize sales and profitability.

· Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

· Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure cohesive product launches and promotional campaigns.

· Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors to keep Skims at the forefront of the fashion market.

Experience

· Proven experience in merchandising leadership roles (7-10 years)

· Experience working within retail stores, e-commerce and wholesale channel
