Job Summary

The Director, SMB Growth Strategy is responsible for delivering unit and revenue growth business objectives in the highly competitive small to medium sized business (SMB) segment. In partnership with key cross functional stakeholders across Comcast Business' HQ and Division organizations, the candidate will develop comprehensive and impactful marketing strategies including segment and offer/promotion strategy, audience-based insights, and testing & optimization. Must have a passion for tracking market trends, analyzing results, drawing conclusions about competitors' and Comcast offer performance, and identifying opportunities to grow the business.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • In partnership with Divisions, develop and activate breakthrough demand generation offer strategies for SMB solutions to achieve demand, sales and revenue objectives
  • Effectively lead a Senior Specialist of SMB Growth strategy and actively contribute to building a strong, inclusive and collaborative culture
  • Develop segment strategy and value propositions for prospects and existing SMB customers, translating research and segment needs into business insights with in-depth understanding of the customer journey, pain points, and user experience.
  • Accelerate adoption of mobile solutions including stand-alone and converged

    marketing strategy
  • Consult with Marketing, Division and Sales teams to identify, define, size and prioritize strategic growth opportunities, including acquisition and expanding existing

    customer relationships
  • Partner with Divisions, Marcomm, Brand Strategy, Sales and Channel Marketing teams in development and launch of marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Possesses the ability to understand financial metrics and marketing analytics and apply them towards marketing growth strategies.
  • Employ strong analytic skills in partnership with Marketing Analytics team to assess competitor trends and Comcast Business demand, sales and revenue performance and to make recommendations to exceed goals.
  • Highly skilled in influencing, collaborating and driving large, complex efforts across a matrixed organization
  • Experience interfacing with senior management and building strong cross-functional relationships
  • Capable of persuasive, compelling communications to "sell" a strategy and execution plan internally
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
