Social Impact Director, Real Estate

The Social Impact, Real Estate job oversees the organization's real estate impact measurement and management framework and takes oversight of the delivery of impact reporting. This job acts as a key adviser to the impact investment teams and ensures that all impact investment strategies are credible and robust. Under limited supervision, this job manages the development of toolkits and guides documents for investment teams to enable the delivery of the impact framework.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Takes ownership of the impact measurement and management framework for real estate impact strategies, further developing our approach to ensure leadership and best practice and putting in place the necessary processes and procedures for its implementation.
• Oversees approach to measuring social impact for real estate, developing the appropriate frameworks and toolkits.
• Represents the organization with industry bodies and working groups focused on social impact and actively contribute to the development of industry standards.
• Engages with investors to present the organization's social impact strategy and approach.
• Presents to internal committee and fund boards to provide transparency into the organization's impact strategy.
• Collaborates with the impact investment portfolio and asset management teams, sustainability, research, prop-tech and other colleagues to ensure an integrated approach to impact.

Base Pay Range: $105,000/yr. - $175,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
