Director, Solutions Consulting
Job Description
QGenda is currently hiring a Director of Solutions Consulting, who will provide expert product assistance to the Sales organization, serve as a crucial liaison between sales and product strategy teams, and consult on key components of the sales tech stack. This position includes the support and management for a team of Solutions Consultants.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Oversee a team of consultants, including Generalists and Specialists, to provide technical and product expertise for all QGenda products through various stages of a sales cycle
- Own and determine product demo best practices across all product lines
- Own all aspects of the RFP response process
- Own and direct certain QGenda SOPs, in tandem with Sales Operations, particularly around the Discovery process and best practices, including Rules of Engagement with Field Sales
- Direct configuration and maintenance of Sales Demonstration instances and accounts
- Work in tandem with Sales Operations to support KPI analysis to determine effectiveness and efficiency of the Sales team
- Drive collaboration and feedback loop between Sales and Product Strategy for application enhancements
- Contribute to Competitive Intelligence repository and education
- Provide assistance for finalizing technical and product-specific content used in QGenda presentations, datasheets, white papers, customer case studies, web site, social media, etc.
- Hold regular meetings with team members to deliver applicable feedback in order to drive behavior change, growth and professional development
- Collect and share product feedback and market observations from team members to the leadership team

- Able to convert technical details into value statements that can be easily digested by prospects
- Excellent project management, collaboration skills and the ability to drive results
- Able to proactively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Experience You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Client Services, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement or related position
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare technology space
- Knowledge of Salesforce Reporting, RFX Automation software, adn call coaching software is preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25% for tradeshows, onsite demonstrations and other events
