Job Summary
The Director, Source to Pay (S2P) is an integral Finance leader providing leadership of global S2P business process, ownership of delivery, driving consistency of global business, maximizing value and operational efficiency while enabling a seamless user experience. This leader provides thought leadership, defines and translates strategy into operational goals and objectives for their process, leads and prioritizes transformation projects and process improvements, drives solutions for evolving business needs, identifies gaps and addresses issues that limit efficient, effective, and compliant business processes, remedies process deficiencies and champions investments to optimize the process area delivering high customer value, satisfaction and business impact.

Job Responsibilities:
- Establishes and communicates a clear vision for the Source to Pay end to end process area in collaboration with leader, Finance peers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Defines and translates strategy into a multi-quarter/year agile roadmap including objectives, operational goals and workback plans.
- Owns, centralizes and standardizes day to day delivery of global Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable and Supplier Onboarding activities including service performance management against agreed service levels, timely and accurate enablement & support
- Responsible for identifying and executing against indirect procurement cost savings opportunities in support of the Hardwire strategy; negotiates favorable contract and payment terms
- Builds and maintains relationships throughout the organization, elevating visibility of the Finance organization through partnership on strategic sourcing, category planning and management, supplier performance management
- Establishes cross-functional process governance, working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify policy, process and technology improvement opportunities and champions a culture of continuous improvement
- Provide timely and accurate reporting, analytics & process metrics - delivering visibility and meaningful insights to support business decision making and improve S2P process performance
- Leads, engages and elevates team through mentoring, coaching, creating opportunities and experiences to help team members learn and grow
- Ensures robust compliance and controls in the S2P area mitigating key business and operational risks
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- MBA/CPA/PMP/Other Accounting and/or Procurement Designation Preferred
Required
- Typically requires a minimum 12 years related experience across Indirect Sourcing & Procurement, Contracting, Procure to Pay, Finance, Business Services working in a global organization
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience, preferably leading both individual contributors and people leaders
- Strong Shared Services/GBS background including operational excellence, service delivery, process transformation and optimization, system implementations, program and change management
- Strategic thinker with proven ability to build vision and gain alignment across the organization with strong influencing skills; and an equal passion and ability to implement and execute
- Experience leading complex and ambitious programs and initiatives, through careful planning and prioritization, astute project and stakeholder management delivering superior results
- Track record of leading globally dispersed cross-functional teams and elevating the capabilities of an organization
- Must possess solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work with enterprise-wide information systems
- Must demonstrate passion and proven success in driving continuous process improvements
- Ability to manage conflict and pressure by effectively facilitating healthy discussion and decision making that builds alignment
- Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX, fundamental accounting principles preferred
- SAP/Ariba/Concur experience preferred
- Lean and Six Sigma training and/or certification is preferred
