Director, Strategic Finance - Go-To-Market

We're looking for someone to join our FP&A team, to build our strategic finance team covering our go-to-market organizations - Focused on forecasting, business partnership, and strategic financial initiatives for our sales and marketing organizations. Looking at someone with a strong analytical mind and quantitative skills, expertise in FP&A and strategic finance, and a passion for developing scalable processes to drive business decisions
You will:
  • Lead the team responsible for overall topline forecasting, financial planning, and modeling for our sales, customer success, and marketing organizations
  • Partner with the finance and executive leadership teams to build consistent and concise reporting frameworks that highlight key performance metrics across Sales and Marketing
  • Collaborate to develop financial plans to evaluate new opportunities; assess ROI of existing programs; and enable strategic decisions
  • Prepare ad-hoc business cases and ROI analyses for key investment decisions
  • Partner with the Sr. Director, FP&A and Executive leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on the annual budgeting process and re-forecast cycles
  • Prepare executive and investor-facing materials to highlight weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance
  • Measure and forecast key topline metrics like ARR, New ACV, Retention Rates, and Churn

Essential requirements:
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience in both excel and cloud-based planning tools
  • 7+ years experience in finance, corporate development, or banking roles
  • High-growth SaaS / Software experience a must
  • Experience guiding and crafting a story out of data; excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)

Desirable skills & experience:
  • Prior experience in private-equity or public SaaS companies
  • Ability to develop and present effective executive-level communications
  • MBA
  • Experience in investment banking, consulting, or finance
